1. Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment. 2. Deposits are refunded via FPS within 7 working days after checkout inspection. 3. Guest count must not exceed the listing maximum. 4.Please keep your property key safe. If the key is lost or the door is locked by the guest and entry is not possible, no additional door opening service will be provided between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. For additional door opening service between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, an administrative fee of HK$600 will be charged, payable in cash. This might not be the best for you . 7.* Before check-in, you must send your ID for verification and travel documents. 8.* Bedding might be air drying on the rack, it’s part of our cleaning process. Thanks for understanding 9.Passengers bringing pets must notify the authorities in advance. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of HKD 1,000 if pets are discovered.
