If you smoke, we will charge 5000 HKD for deep cleaning. No filming without prior permission. If we find out, we will charge a 10000 HKD. Please indicate the correct number of guests, regardless of whether they are staying overnight or not. If we discover an additional guest, we will charge 500 HKD per guest. Passengers bringing pets must notify the authorities in advance. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of HKD 1,000 if pets are discovered. Please note the following terms and conditions: Please keep your property key safe. If the key is lost or the door is locked by the guest and entry is not possible, no additional door opening service will be provided between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. For additional door opening service between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, an administrative fee of HK$600 will be charged, payable in cash. Thank you.
