A stylish loft apartment in Sheung Wan.( used to be my working studio )Fully furnished, equipped and rare spacious flat in Hong Kong! Very convenient~ central location: 4 minutes walk to sheung wan MTR station To Central /SoHo/Lan Kwai Fong/ Po Hing Fong only a walking distance. there is lift in the building . but have little step before the lift The terrance also the inside area is rare in Hong Kong , and it is a fantastic space to stay and share with friends Do not be loud after 11pm. -The 1bedroom area has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) -The sofa bed can convert into really comfortable bed 150*200 if needed. -Spacious and bright 700 squre feet (by Hong Kong standard) appointed with nice finishes and fully equipped kitchen - Loads of storage for your suitcase and clothes - bathroom with standard shower, bath gel, shampoo & conditioner are provided - 1 bath towel will be provided for each guest per stay - Slippers are provided - Fantastic central location in Hong Kong trendiest district (Sheung Wan, sai ying pun) - MTR (metro) access 4 mins away - 10 mins walk / 1 stops from Central there is an art piece , if it is broken will charge you 10000 HKD no smoking inside the flat. As it is in the middle of city . There will have some noise around . If u want super quiet . This might not be the best for you . Please note the following terms and conditions: Please keep your property key safe. If the key is lost or the door is locked by the guest and entry is not possible, no additional door opening service will be provided between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. For additional door opening service between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, an administrative fee of HK$600 will be charged, payable in cash. Thank you. Passengers bringing pets must notify the authorities in advance. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of HKD 1,000 if pets are discovered.
