Fantastically equipped and spacious studio located in the heart of Sheung Wan where old and new Hong Kong meet and blend seamlessly - only moments from famous the famous antique street of Hollywood road, hipster Po Hing Fong. Some of the best coffee shops, galleries, restaurants at your doorstep... The studio area has a huge bed (150 cm x 200 cm) by Hong Kong Standard -The sofa can convert into really comfortable bed 140*200 if needed. -It is a comfortable space for 3 adults - or a small family (2+2 small children) - or a group of 3-4 friends if it is no problem sharing the same space. - Spacious and bright 40 sqm studio (by Hong Kong standard) appointed with nice finishes and fully equipped kitchen - Loads of storage for your suitcase and clothes - bathroom with standard shower, bath gel, shampoo & conditioner are provided - 1 bath towel will be provided for each guest per stay -fresh professionally cleaned sheets and cover per stay - Fantastic central location in Hong Kong trendiest district (Sheung Wan) - MTR (metro) access 3 mins away - 10 mins walk / 1 stops from Central.. You will be provided with a set of towels 1 per guest, there is no daily linen change. -Fresh bed sheets, duvet and pillow covers for every stay. -1 big bath towel are provided for each guest for every stay. -Cooking utensils, pots, tableware, bowls, plates and cups are provided. The apartment is on the 1st floor - (no elevator) of a Chinese style walk up I have two studio in the Same floor . If you want to stay with friends or family in the same place but with some private area, you are welcome to rent both studios. As it is in the middle of city . There will have some noise around . If u want super quiet . This might not be the best for you . There is a contruction around Please note the following terms and conditions: Please keep your property key safe. If the key is lost or the door is locked by the guest and entry is not possible, no additional door opening service will be provided between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. For additional door opening service between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, an administrative fee of HK$600 will be charged, payable in cash. Thank you. Passengers bringing pets must notify the authorities in advance. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of HKD 1,000 if pets are discovered.
