Some of the best coffee shops, galleries, restaurants at your doorstep... The apartment is on the 1st floor - (no elevator) of a Chinese style walk up I Have 2 studios in one floor . If you want to stay with friends or family in the same place but with some private area, you are welcome to rent both studios. that my other listing in the same floor As it is in the middle of city . There will have some noise around . If u want super quiet . This might not be the best for you . You will be provided with a set of towels 1 per guest, there is no daily linen change. -The studio area has a huge bed (150 cm x 200 cm) by Hong Kong standard -The sofa can convert into really comfortable bed 140*200 if needed. -It is a comfortable space for 3 adults - or a small family (2+2 small children) - or a group of 3-4 friends if it is no problem sharing the same space. - Spacious and bright 20 sqm studio (by Hong Kong standard) appointed with nice finishes -A wardrobe for placing clothes - bathroom with standard shower, bath gel, shampoo & conditioner are provided - 1 bath towel will be provided for each guest per stay - fresh professionally cleaned sheets and covers per stay - Fantastic central location in Hong Kong trendiest district (Sheung Wan) - MTR (metro) access 30sec away - 10 mins walk / 1 stops from Central. -*tv use as a screen only, there's no TV signal. If the key is lost or the door is locked by the guest and entry is not possible, no additional door opening service will be provided between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
